Youth Mobility in Padua
It was in Padua, Italy, that held from the 1st to 7th of September 2019, the event that brought together about twenty young people from high school education of various nationalities, with the aim of making known the Fake Off project.
With the collaboration of all partners, various team building and training activities were developed to raise young people’s awareness of the false news phenomenon and thus motivate them to develop critical thinking by acquiring new habits in their daily lives.
Go Europe, LOGO and bit schulungscenter started the week by introducing and framing the theme of the event. In the second and third days, informative materials were presented, the digital literacy theme in charge of OIAT, LOGO focused on the creation of new habits in the consumption of digital information and YEEP on the development of new skills in everyday life.
On Thursday, Future Balloons introduced the application, allowing young people to experiment and explore its content. Go Europe finished with the theme of promoting the app to the younger ones.
The last day was set aside for pitching sessions by host Jonathan Coop Soc. And the final evaluations and conclusions by bit schulungscenter.
From October 1st to 5th, the first training mobility for youth workers took place in Valencia, with the participation of 22 young people from Austria, Germany, Portugal, Italy and Spain.
